8 Why? Because an experienced agent in such a crucial role would have had that rooftop covered.

A Boy Scout would have figured that out. You just need to ask, "Where is the best place to shoot from?" This was such a rookie mistake that it makes you wonder.

Possible reasons for Agent Perez not being fired already:
1) She's a chick and she's gay
2) She has a 'rabbi'
3) She knows a secret
4) This is business as usual at the Secret Service and no one noticed.
