3 Is he? He defended O.J. Simpson, too, among many other interesting clients. The watchword of that portion of the legal profession used to be that everyone deserves a strong defense, regardless whether he is innocent or guilty.

4 Attorneys get to pick and choose which cases they take. Dershowitz deliberately inflamed racial tensions and got his client off by threatening more riots if he was convicted.
This isn't exactly arguing in favor of him.
