1 They remove a dirt bag and find two more. I don’t think the FBI can be fixed; the termites are into the studs and foundation. Just give it the USAID treatment, or beef up Homeland Security until all the leadership at all the field offices are delivering Amazon packages.

4 Seriously, anyone GS13 and above is immediately fired and known good actors are promoted or know good ones from outside organizations are brought in. Yes there will be major disruption but it is the only way to root out the rot that is in the upper levels of the FBI.
