1 Part of the problem was that Car Shield sold policies that were fulfilled by American Auto shield. When problems are rose people would call car Shields who would tell them that they had to deal with American Auto shield who would tell them that shouldn't have told the customer that everything would be covered. Clearly it was one big scam.
