1 Their testimony would only be good for entertainment. As somebody noted here yesterday, they would not recall much and, if they did, would invoke the Fifth. If a case can be built against them, it will have to be without their testimony even if they were to testify.

3 I'm all for playing their game. Arrest them for contempt of congress and hold them until they agree to testify, even only if it is to stand there and say, "I plead the fifth".
