2 I would bet good money that Starlink is working day and night to develop an in-orbit burn-through-jam capability. It only takes a small number of satellites so equipped to end the threat. If I were Musk, I'd also begin hardening some of its satellites, because both Russia and China will try to physically stop 'X' if it can't electronically stop it. Totally illegal (companies aren't "allowed" to wage war against nations), but I'd also develop a de-orbiting capability with home-on-jam capacity. Of course, what he REALLY needs to do is to give Starship the capability to go to the asteroid belt, grab a huge hunk of iron, and direct it where he wants it to land. THAT would really put the fox among the chickens.

6 Elon and his engineers keep sending hot fixes to try to counter Iranian Jamming.

The jamming i do not think is the major cause of the blackout. Iran deployed Starlink Sniffers and were raiding the houses that were broadcasting. That had a negative impact as people turned them off after learning of the raids.
