More talk, but not single Walz Admin arrest or indictment yet.

If indicted, I can see his lawyers using the Mentally Incompetent defense.

It should be easy to show a history, that demonstrates a lack of a mental capacity to make informed decisions, and/or act on them.

With most of the public accepting what the MSM broadcasts, tweets and prints, how would they react to arresting prominent Democratic politicians and other prominent Democrats?

Nonfeasance is generally not criminally prosecuted.

The defense of 'I had a lot to do and just didn't get around to it' is hard to break

Even if, Walz had given guidance that de prioritized fraud prevention, that would no be enough to prosecute.
