1 No, it isn't a legitimate question. They are bound by the highest court's decision, whether they like it or not.

Defying SCOTUS is the judicial version of sedition and insubordination and any judge that does that needs immediately arrested, disbarred and banned from the bench.

4 Well, by arguing that The Supreme Court is not the the supreme court, she should recuse herself from any further positions, basically arguing that any decision she makes unlawfully influences a future decision of a lower court, which she argues has ability to overturn or ignore her decision, for all intents and purposes abolishing The Supreme Court and it's branch of government.

She should not have a decision within the judges, but as a lawyer who can argue about the role of judges within the judicial system.

And since Congress certified the 2020 election, nothing will happen if it is proved that the election was rigged for Biden to win.
