5 The USA is way overdue to leave.
Like Gen Dwight Eisenhower (IKE), the first Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, said that if U.S. troops were to be stationed in Europe for more than 10 years, then the whole project would be a failure.

Using Ikes date, that would have been in 1961.

We are 67+ years past Ikes NATO time to leave date.
