2 Bits and pieces of information on X suggests we are getting close to that minimum number. There are reports of multiple police stations closed, apparently the police are unable or unwilling to report for work and the IRGC seem to be increasingly relying on foreign troops (from Iraq or Afghanistan) to suppress the civilians. The various X posters SEEM credible, but much of what they post is hard to verify.

3 each time we take a break both the IRGC and the USA + allies, reorganizes and augments its capability as best as it can, in the USA case maybe even getting weapons to the Iran anti Islamists

given the problems the IRGC has logistically and financially, they are probably losing this part of the conflict

so, if that logic is correct, the multiple false truces are benefiting the USA + allies

7 While we may be winning militarily and even approaching a deal, but IMHO the IRGC et al are winning the optics campaign by drawing Trump into repeated claims of a deal followed by a judo flip to some claim of Hormuz control in the NYT.

Trump's fatal flaw they are exploiting in this seems to be his inability to STFU when needed. I love the guy's policies, but he is ill-disciplined and prone to constant hyperbole about virtually everything!

Once you get typed as a blowhard by the clueless tik-tok generations, you get plastered with the ignore sticker, and polling suggests that is happening...and those muppets will matter in the looming mid-terms. Once and if the House goes Dem - we will have MSM impeachment tango played like muzak across the networks, Fox included!
