5 "Sanctioned"

The United States and other Western nations placed this vessel on a black list, blocking it from international financial systems and standard port access. It was originally sanctioned due to its involvement in delivering components for restricted Russian energy projects.

It's like hand delivering a tool from my garage to a neighbor who asked to borrow it, but the guy across the street said I wasnt allowed to do that.

So silly. From Russian Port to Mali Port, the cargo vessel didnt bother anyone, didnt defy sanctions... as both countries consented and wanted the commerce. Defies sanctions... Defied strongly worded statements from hostile parties that seem to support terror, seem to support an al qaeda franchise.

Is the West worth saving?
