I am all for giving a person a chance once they have earned and demonstrated they can properly do the task/job assigned without danger to themselves or others?

But this BS of placing persons in positions based on their ethnicity/gender/mental health (TransGen), to address some 1/2 century old, no longer practiced discrimination, just another far left stupid idea.

5 DEI is just on ice until Trump leaves office. The name has changed, curriculum is still there. I attended something the other day and the young lady smeared eastern europe and stay at home moms. She had no fear in hating on those people in the corporate environment.
