It makes a good attention getting headline.
But likely in 2 years, after being lawyered to death in appeals courts. It will be overturned or reduced to 5 to 10 years, with time served and parole for X# of years.

Because all it takes is 1 Obama/Biden appointed judge.

Heck, if they pull off another Far Left, Liberal, Socialist, Democrat run coup again. They might even pardon him and award him the Presidential Citizens Medal.

7 Is it wrong for me to want to see their expressions when they hear the sentences because I would enjoy it?

Federal so no parole.

Unless the FBI scooped up a lot of data to find and arrest the leadership and the people funding them, it will get worse before it gets better. It won't discourage the true believers and facing jail terms will make some of them more willing to die in a confrontation with law enforcement.

11 Texas courts should have a go at them. No presidential pardon then. I’m not worried about a federal appeal; appeals are a minimum of 3 judges and subject to further appeals before an even larger panel of judges. No single rogue judge has a say.
