2 Leadership gets passed around the various members who have officers of sufficient rank and experience to command a force of that size. Probably can't do any worse than some of the other NATO countries and whoever it is isn't like to be a DEI candidate.

Since when? It takes them two weeks to deploy a battalion 600 miles within their own boundaries!!!
