3 To effectively cheat at the level required to elect Joe Biden, who was less popular than Hillary Clinton, fake voters and ballots are not enough. Hillary had the fake voters and used them. It was not enough.
What was needed, instead, was fake ballots to match to real voter registrations for voters that didn’t vote. To pull that off, requires electronic manipulation and a large stock of fake ballots that include a quantity for each of the 400 precincts in the county. The freeze was to determine who did not vote. The prolonged count was to pull enough Biden ballots of each precinct flavor. It would require a meticulous process for that cheating to pass a real audit. What I saw on video in Fulton County was not a meticulous process. They are caught. They will need a Federal judge to interfere at this point.
