2 OH MY God!!!!! The temperature tonight in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is expected to reach -34 C ( -29.2 F) which is not that surprising for Manitoba in the wintertime. You can just foresee the problems of utilizing an electric car in these kinds of temps, can't you?

Low outside air temp = battery inefficiency, also high interior heater usage, also high interior windshield defrosting usage, also traffic jams, stuck in snow banks, whatever else might happen on a bitter cold night. Add to that the chances of electricity interruptions, higher usage of battery chargers, increased demand on the electricity system and you have a mess on your hands.
