2 Gag orders are supposed to prevent the government from smearing the defendant and tainting the jury pool. Gagging a defendsnt is a civil rights violation. The judge should be disbarred.

3 From when I lived in New Orleans, Gary Plauche shot and killed Jeffrey Doucet at the Baton Rouge airoort as the police returned the alleged kidnapper of Gary's son. Though clearly guilty the jury and the rest of the legal system let Gary off without serving a sentence.
