1 Under the rules-based international order aka international law the post Isis regime of Syria gets off scot-free in spite of Isis' atrocities.

At the same time "rules" and "international law" dictate that Israeli officials be arrested because Israel defended herself after a mass casualty and mass atrocicity attack.
