3 Wonder if the Transportation Secretary has the authority to shut down CDLs at borders from states that just hand them out, on safety issue. Posting federal agents at the first rest/inspection stops on the Interstates for screening. While the truckers may have work arounds on state highways, most Interstates are choke points out West and across the Mississippi.

4 Issuing department and personnel should be legally liable for damages, injuries, and deaths caused by illegals and those who do not meet requirements and are issued a license anyways, as because requirements are not met the license is a forgery.
