They will be. Hamas cannot stop being Hamas, for a bunch of reasons. The "safe passage" business the other day was just Trump and Netanyahu playing Good Cop/Bad Cop. I think it is working.

It suddenly occurs to me that filling the tunnels with cement is not a bad way to contain any un-exploded ordinance.
