2 YouTube is full of videos like this. Those video is mostly a love-fest by the narrator who apparently is in love with the sound of their own voice. It often sounds like Kamala Harris wrote the script because the narrator keep repeating themself with word salads and wording designed to drag the video out in order to generate more ad revenues.

Most of those videos can be said in ten to fifteen minutes clips if the narrators ever get to the F**king point!
