2 We track it as a War on Terror region, alanc. And it is gratifying in a Schadenfreude kind of way to see that Russia is not doing any better than France and we did, despite their worldly wise preening as the oh so pragmatic Former Soviet Union in contrast to cynical and selfish France and naively idealistic America.
