2 I can’t believe that Buttigieg actually was in charge of a project that completed anything. The outcome was still catastrophic, but delivering actual buses meant that some of the money achieved a result. That’s better than Newsom’s record.

8 To be fair, diesel buses also have problems if they are not fitted with devices to warm the motor pre-start. Most urban transit systems and school transport systems know about this and have SOP for cold weather. However, when the weather is extra cold, problems come up.
