There's no indication that Saif was any less homicidal and bat-shiat insane than his old man. As far as I'm concerned Libya and by extension the world are a little safer today.

5 If a Flower runs a muslim state/nation, they might produce some rainbows and positive photo ops, but i doubt it provides the stability the country needs to be prosperous. It follows I dont see how a ME country can operate without a strongman authoritarian in power as Islam understands the sword.
