Maybe. But they’ll have files with lots of information, easing the path the next time they need to be arrested, not to mention tracing their networks. After all, these are low level cannon fodder — we want to start rolling up those at the top, right?

Federal so no parole.
Unless the FBI scooped up a lot of data to find and arrest the leadership and the people funding them, it will get worse before it gets better. It won't discourage the true believers and facing jail terms will make some of them more willing to die in a confrontation with law enforcement.

Texas courts should have a go at them. No presidential pardon then. I’m not worried about a federal appeal; appeals are a minimum of 3 judges and subject to further appeals before an even larger panel of judges. No single rogue judge has a say.

Lebanese media reported that Israeli fire in the area killed two and injured two in the incident.
Hezbollah disputed the claim that the targets of the strike were terror operatives, and accused Israel of opening fire on a "group of civilians" who were "working to clear roads and recover the bodies of deaders from beneath the rubble" near Nabatieh.
The Iran-backed terror group claimed that in doing so, Israel had violated the terms of a ceasefire that has largely held since Sunday.
