SURVEILLANCE UPDATE- January 26, 2026; 1300 ET (Minneapolis, Minnesota only)
Latest findings are EXTREMELY disturbing and require a bit of very important background. To the TLDR crowd, keep scrolling. Also, the following is a responsibly edited version (to preserve investigative integrity and OPSEC) of our findings submitted to Federal LE for their evaluation and action.
Please read carefully and share widely.
General Summary of Findings: Current ground coordination of anti-ICE activities appears to include leadership within Minneapolis PD (traced back to 2017 under chief Medaria ARRADONDO, now under Brian O’HARA since 2022), staff within Hennepin County DAs office (traced back to January 2020 under DA Michael FREEMAN, now under DA Mary MORIARITY). As previously noted, communications by members of the office of Mayor FREY exist.
Higher-level operations and support appears to originate and communications traced to from the offices of Gov. Tim WALZ, Lt. Gov. FLANAGAN, state reps, and unsurprisingly, the constituent office of Ilhan OMAR. Specifically, financing for ground operations appears to be under the direction of the above, which is also connected to several Somali Hawala locations, although disrupted and in disarray (H/T @nickshirleyy).
The present operational infrastructure being used to attack ICE is a much more refined version of what was deployed in the 2020 “summer of love.”
Currently, operational assets working for IPA and child groups have been expanded into nearly every local, county and state government office in MN, most heavily within the Twin Cities. (For important background, see: https://x.com/DefiyantlyFree/status/2015543791818621192)
Identification of ICE agents via DMV access (their primary method) is not only illegal, but particularly disturbing.
Consider:
On July 18, 1991, Rebecca Schaeffer, 21, actress on TV sitcom My Sister Sam, was shot in the face at her apartment by a deranged fan, Robert John Bardo. He paid a PI $250 who accessed DMV records to obtain her current address. Bardo then went to her apartment and fatally shot Ms. Schaeffer.
Consequently, congress passed the Drivers Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), restricting access to DMV databases.
Presently, it appears that anti-ICE operatives are using sworn LE officials within two-(2) LE agencies having access to restricted DMV databases to publish the IDs of ICE officers within signal chat groups. Note that every inquiry is recorded and maintained within each LE agency. FED LE has access to these records.
Perhaps most importantly, the role of the Signal chats, while vital to anti-ICE ground response, is only the (now) visible portion (H/T @camhigby) of a much deeper and more sophisticated operational structure. Behind the chat groups exists inaccessible (to us) encrypted communications appearing to exist within local and state LE agencies, each feeding restricted information to anti-ICE ground operators. Certain local media is deeply entrenched as well, working with the PIOs of LE.
To avoid getting too far into the weeds and unnecessary detail, here’s the bottom line: Our surveillance confirmed that that nearly all anti-ICE operations are not just being facilitated by local, county, and state offices, but are being controlled and directed by them.
Ground level operations are being managed (in part) through the “Defend the 612”organization. Primary HIGHER-LEVEL control groups include members of “The 50501 Movement,” which has infiltrated higher offices. Additionally, interstate operational support is also being provided by several Muslim organizations (one very specifically from Newark, NJ – connect the PD dots). Several local Islamic centers are involved with sanctuary support.
Distribution of “riot supplies” can be traced to certain city centers/offices, at least one church, and one Islamic center within Minneapolis city limits.
The objectives are MUCH GREATER than organized resistance against ICE, and is perhaps the most blatant display of an insurrection in our nation’s history since the Civil War.
By definition, many principal actors involved can be legally labeled “Unlawful Enemy Combatants.”
The pressure applied by recent public disclosures disrupted operations at all levels. The use of encrypted LE channels MUST be investigated by FED LE.
ALL ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE FINDINGS were properly submitted to FED LE prior to this update.
Hopefully, this update makes sense despite the necessary redactions of actual submissions to FED LE.

As a former Special Forces Warrant Officer with multiple rotations running counterinsurgency ops—both hunting insurgents and trying to separate them from sympathetic populations—I’ve seen organized resistance up close. From Anbar to Helmand, the pattern is familiar: spotters, cutouts, dead drops (or modern equivalents), disciplined comms, role specialization, and a willingness to absorb casualties while bleeding the stronger force slowly.
What’s unfolding in Minneapolis right now isn’t “protest.” It’s low-level insurgency infrastructure, built by people who’ve clearly studied the playbook.

[Reuters] Iran has secretly shipped vast amounts of jet fuel to Myanmar’s military. As the junta ramps up bombing raids against civilian targets, Iran is now the military’s primary supplier of jet fuel and urea, which is an ingredient in Myanmar’s munitions. The deliveries violate Western sanctions on both countries.
The first bomb to strike the remote western Myanmar village of Vanha came from a junta warplane. It hit the only school in the hamlet, near the frontline of Myanmar’s civil war. The second came from a drone minutes later.
On that day, October 13, 2025, an Iranian tanker was headed home from Myanmar, where it had recently unloaded more than 16,000 tons of jet fuel under a cloak of electronic scrambling – enough for thousands more fighter jet sorties.
Illicit Iranian deliveries of jet fuel have powered an expansive bombing campaign by the Myanmar junta that has struck more than 1,000 civilian locations in 15 months, a Reuters investigation has found. Iran has also dispatched cargoes of urea, a key ingredient in the junta’s munitions, including the bombs it drops from drones and paragliders.
Taken together, the Iranian deliveries to Myanmar’s military have helped shift the dynamic of the five-year civil war, which pits the junta against an array of rebel groups, none of whom have a conventional air force or a ready supply of weapons as powerful as the bombs and missiles launched by fighter jets. Most of the children were outside cleaning up the yard at the time, the injured man said, or the toll would have been far worse. Vanha’s dead were among at least 1,728 civilians killed in government airstrikes since the Iranian deliveries began, according to data compiled by Burma News International-Myanmar Peace Monitor, which tracks the conflict.
From October 2024 to December 2025, Iran delivered a total of about 175,000 tons of jet fuel to the junta in nine shipments from Reef and a larger sister ship, Noble, according to shipping documents reviewed by Reuters, and satellite imagery and analysis by the U.S. firm SynMax Intelligence.
The documents and other shipping data show the two ships sailing out of Iran have been Myanmar’s primary suppliers of jet fuel since the deliveries began. The surge in Iranian imports also includes hundreds of thousands of tons of urea, Reuters found. The petrochemical product is typically a fertilizer ingredient but Myanmar’s junta also uses it in munitions, according to two soldiers who defected from the military. Although the intensifying air campaign has been widely documented, Iran’s central role in fueling it and supplying urea has not been previously reported.
The deliveries, which are circumventing Western sanctions on both Iran and Myanmar, are a badly needed crutch for their troubled repressive governments.
