Yet at the same event, Obama acknowledged that mass migration is an elite-driven “experiment” which has created and fuelled civic conflict.

So dont let the left news media confuse the timeline, they are already trying. Nextar, 10% of ABC's affiliates, stated they were going to stop airing. ABC laid off the show, then the FCC said it was going to look into Disney for allowing this to happen on the air. The Press is going to try and tell you The FCC is driving this, not true. Nexstar acted independently and prior to FCC involvement.

The key issue for network types is how to get people to stay up late to watch advertising.

The left has been trying to repeat their propagandistic success relating to 10/7 using the same tactics.
While the other side is still shell-shocked and trying to process what happened, immediately flood the zone with your message that reframes the atrocity (10/7 and now the assassination) as an incident that shames, weakens and silences supporters of Israel and the non-left.
It need not be reasonable or logical, it just has to loud and uniform. It needs to be a message of dominance and power.

appeared to take aim at recent remarks by Attorney General Pam Bondi vowing to "target" anyone who uses "hate speech" following the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
"Every time I listen to a lawyer-trained representative saying we should criminalize free speech in some way, I think to myself, that law school failed," Sotomayor said while speaking on a panel Tuesday morning at New York Law School.
Bondi has come under fire for her comments Monday on a podcast hosted by Katie Miller, the wife of White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller.
"There’s free speech and then there’s hate speech, and there is no place, especially now, especially after what happened to Charlie, in our society," Bondi said. She added that "we will absolutely target you, go after you, if you are targeting anyone with hate speech — and that’s across the aisle."
On Tuesday, just prior to Sotomayor’s comments, Bondi walked back her remarks to Miller, writing in an X post that "hate speech that crosses the line into threats of violence is NOT protected by the First Amendment."
"Free speech protects ideas, debate, even dissent," she wrote, "but it does NOT and will NEVER protect violence."

Rather than “Hate” speech, let’s divide speech into “Legal” and “illegal.” That makes more sense to me. “Illegal” can then include yelling “fire” and soliciting a 12 year old hottie for sex. The Venn diagram can also exclude my hatred for the Yankees and liver. Generally hate is an emotion and it is legal to express hatred or even racism, although that is not free from consequences, which has been recently discovered by many people. What is often illegal about “hate” speech is when it crosses into a call to violent action.

Notably, Jankowicz attempts to skirt the fact that she, as a former government official, is a public figure and the legal bar to defamation is far higher, due to long-standing court precedents to ensure the protection of First Amendment rights.
