Injured right hand and injured eyes.
The pager belonged to a relative and she wasn't touching it.

In reality it was her her pager or she was in charge of watching it. And when it beeped she picked it up with her right hand, looked at it and then it exploded.

Since they're trying to pretend that obvious Hezbollah operatives were bystanders the conclusion must be that no or next to no "innocent bystanders" were harmed.
