#3 Wildfires are unprecedented in the California hills. Except during the hot, dry summer months when the dry grass catches fire and the eucalyptus trees burn like they were soaked in kerosene.

#4 A lot of wildfires in CA are started by lightening. Others by arson. Others by campfires.

This doesn't seem to fit any of these causes.

#5 Eucalyptus trees are not indigenous to California but due to no natural enemies they have spread greatly.

No natural enemies and lots of wildfires. As I recall, back home in Australia they’d evolved to need wildfires to open the seed cases so the seeds could germinate
