If the dogs had not already been put down.
We would have ordered Justice Eric Macklin to keep the dogs at his house.

Regarding the Touchy Feely BS excuse of "Past" racism.
I can see a large % of Canada now thinking of things.

But the bigger question.
What does racism have to do with failing to properly train and moniotor her dogs? Nothing. But this is the new Smart Phone Generation running things now.

3 I recently heard (sorry, no link or details) that a man was sentenced to 17 years in prison for killing a scumbag for raping/trying to rape his daughter.

With judicial system failing (thanks to failed politics), things sooner or later will get really ugly.

6 @3 I have vague memories of that story as well. IIRC. What I remember is that the father shot the rapist after the rapist was no longer a danger to him or his daughter. No sympathy for the rapist, but under the law, that's usually considered murder in just about every state (maybe not in Texas) in the country.
