Like not wearing a helmet is soooo important to this police chief.

But these e-bike/scooter riders can be royal pains in the bum.

5 My experience is that most adult ebike/scooter riders have either had their drivers license revolked and/or are unhoused. In latter case the vehicles are stolen.

6 These e-bikes/scooters are really annoying in parts of Europe where they deliver pizzas, etc., and are always driving (often at a good clip) on sidewalks and not on the road.

7 Just watched 6 in two separate instances: Riding on a 4' sidewalk with pedestrians (wrong way); 4 crossin the street with no helmets. Darwin smiles
