1 Are those people really scientists?

Seems the Sun been doing stuff like this for billions of years leading me to wonder what the big deal is about the Sun activities?

Far as I can tell the Sun activities has little to no impact on humanity on earth, specifically since the real scientists and engineers had already factored in the Sun electromagnetic activities when designing large scale electricity infrastructures and other similarity large projects, including aircraft and space vehicles.
