1 The Army has been running 'tests' with drones since the early 1990s at the National Training Center in force on force exercises, till it got sidetracked by the WoT.

3 Or the lesson is that it’s time to turn the troops loose with it at the unit level, without the need for close supervision.

4 #2 No it's a dynamic process coordinated through CALL. Information and data is gathered, analyzed, tasked to Schools and Centers for implementation and integration in to doctrine and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP).
