4 @1 It's their job to raise concerns to Hegseth. If they fail to comply with orders than they should be fired.

I'll mention that year long deployments, like that planned for elements of the 82nd Airborne currently in the Middle East, is hard on those in the services and could very well affect recruitment for both the active duty military as well as the Reserves and National Guard who are also getting deployed.
The leaker's should face a court martial, but just firing them will be enough.

6 Agreed, but how many people had access to the Defense Orders Book (too many, I'm sure).

Find the leaker and either fire them or prosecute them. I'd prefer prosecution, but not at the risk of secret or higher level information getting out.
