4 25 years the ITSEC world was warning Fed/State clients about having external internet access to Internal sensitive data, unless a special dual authentication token system was in placed, and monitored 24/7.

Heck I have see better login/access security on mom-pop websites than some Fed/State sites.

But given the advances we have seen in AI login spoofing and etc. what can be done and 100% secure?
