2 If I was going to do that SuperHose, I would have them delivering Meth, other hard drugs, guns and prostitutes. Just provide a kickback for the corrupt politicians and you can run it scott-free.

4 ^ True. Let's say you own a CA bar and are out of Tito's (Horrors! Delivery is due Friday after noon). It's ILLEGAL for you to bop down to the local store and buy a few bottles to get through the rest of the week. You HAVE TO buy from the designated local distributor (and not at a discount either)

6 Ironically, California wineries almost all have their own little wine clubs that deliver wine to club members either on a monthly or quarterly basis. Are they afraid of a little competition from craft distellers? They shouldn't be. Over time, competition makes everything better.
