If your FAMILY has not established long term roots (Full time job, Housing and NOT using Gov assistance) and do not have a valid US Resident Immigrant Green card. NO!

Simply Stated - Birth Right has out lived its viability.
We no long have literally millions of acres of vacant lands, and jobs that need attending, like we had 140+ years ago.
