4 Some of the drop will be games played with stats. In other cases, like DC, the drop will be real. I think Chicago might actually be higher, but it’s hard to collect accurate stats in places where people don’t talk to law enforcement. I think Chicago should be higher as illegals tend to be attracted magnetically to the most liberal jurisdictions.
