This new age law and order world is too drawn out for community justice.

Down here in the old south, it use to be when a child pedophile/rapist was found dead. People just said OK, that was handled quickly.

But the best one was I remember.
Was the guy found years later, when the utility company went to replace a Telephone/Power pole that had oddly sunk down a few feet.
