Awkschuallie, the reason under adult age persons are recruited is because if they are are caught and if convicted, they receive youth lenient sentencing and protections.

4 Suicidal Empathy is no way to run a country.

The short term solution is to execute them, although Sweden won't do that.

The long term solution is to rid the nation of the people who have a proclivity for this type of violent behavior.

Alas, Sweden probably won't do that either.
