You evidently have some coin to spend.

I live a Keto diet, I know a number of folks that are strict carnivore. Some for years, they are healthier than most. All the lies from the FDA talking of fiber, missed nutrients etc... are all bull. I go from KETO to carnivore and back, I seem to have a problem with liking eating a salad once in a while, and some other non meat foods. When I started KETO and carnivore I had blood panels run every other month. Checking everything, minerals, vitamins, sugar levels all of it. The only vitamin I was a deficit on was D. But I was bad on that before I went on KETO. I lost 30 pounds over the course of this diet and I eat All I can. As for cost It is not that much more expensive. Ya go to the grocery store and only shop in one isle. Skipping the chips, cereal, veggies that rot in the fridge, cookies and other crap they sell saves more than enough to cover KETO.

The GLP-1 weight lose drugs apparently demand higher protein intake. So as use of them goes up, prescribed for increasing health issues beyond obesity, people will be moving toward such diets, even if if isn’t a dietary principle. As a result, we should also see a decrease in anxiety and depression related to vegetarian style diets.

That's great for those who can completely forgo carbohydrates. Not everybody can. For the rest of us there are medium-chain-triglycerides (coconut oil C8) I don't pretend to understand why they work, only that they do.

Went from 205 to 189 in about two months to squeeze into my mess dress for a redo of an event I took my wife to 50 years ago. Counted calories and kept to a low carb almost keto diet. About the only approach I've found that works.

I've been on the beef, butter, bacon and eggs for four years. Lost 180 pounds and a whole host of ailments went away or improved to the point of not being noticeable. And Difar Fave, there is NO ONE that has to have carbs. That is nonsense. Luckily I can afford to buy one whole Choice Grade Ribeye a month and then supplement with hamburger. I buy 6 dozen eggs at a time and eat 6 to 8 eggs a day. It's a great way to eat.
