5 I was going to list all the GIVERnment departments, programs, NGOs…. That are corrupt. Instead I have come to the conclusion that they all are!!! The Census cannot even count fairly, the National Archives is corrupt….

I cannot think of one public entity or institution that is not corrupt or a fraudster or grifter…
