8 The Israelis are good at it. As #5 points out, they have skin in the game; as well as intelligence networks and means. (Is that your pager going off?)

Look at it from a business point of view: if something is outside your core competency, outsource it.

Rather, the US has focused on ballistic missiles, drones, some regime strongholds, and the Iranian navy.
Then get on with what you are good at.

9 I think we would have had better results if we had listed out all the hierarchy and assigned points. Maybe some prizes. We could have spiced things up.
