1 Austin Police Association President Michael Bullock told Fox News Digital he wishes Garza would have made the decision to not convene a grand jury much earlier, and said police officers are under constant fear of being targeted by the liberal district attorney.

"The reality is APD officers are more afraid of the DA targeting them than a gunman shooting at them," Bullock told Fox News Digital.

YES!! An independent impartial review should be done for any shooting.

BUT!!!! Not by a bunch of Political hacks and/or Jurors that could "accidentally" be selective picked by an ANTI-Law Enforcement Agenda click, or a DA with Grand Political career goals.

In my part of GA. the GBI reviews all county police officer/deputy shootings. ONLY THEN & IF!!! the GBI warrants it, can the DA proceed.
