2 Hard to find an Arkansas jury that will convict him. I can’t see Harmeet starting a Federsl Civil Rights Case unless there is something egregious in the fact pattern.

3 I skimmed through some of the more local news stories. My guess is that the evidence showed that Fosler was unarmed and shot while he was not in a position to be considered a threat to Spencer or his daughter. Under the letter of the law that is usually considered murder. I hope Spencer is found not guilty.
