4 You would think that statistically Baltimore would elect a less stupidly corrupt mayor as a random occurrence, but their streak continues. Corruption can be be complex and hard to discern, but not in the Baltimore mayoral office apparently. This is one step up from thugs looting a CVS. Maybe it’s a step down because it’s hard to catch those guys.
