The B-52's are using stand off weapons either using GPS or maybe by F-35 using a laser designator. The airframes are getting too old to use large numbers of dumb bombs.

The B-1 is not a "high mach" airplane. It's top speed is about Mach 1.2 and that's at high altitude.
