“Reports describe a history of arrests in New York spanning from 2001 up to around 2016 (some sources say at least four total in NYC, with others possibly sealed or minor).”

“In Texas, reports are he accumulated a history of arrests, though the nature and dates of those have not been publicly detailed yet.”

All this and STILL he was granted and maintained citizenship.
