1 The Fed is NOT a government agency. It is a bank just like Chase or BOA.
This is why people like Ron Paul keep screaming to audit the Fed because they are insolvent and rip us off with money printing.

TW - Vertical moves like those recently in PMs are pretty much always the result of massive institutional leverage piling into the bubble. They don't indicate the level of fundamental strength, they indicate how much big money can borrow to pile in before things implode.

8 *happy sigh* My learning for today. Thank you all. I’m not comfortable with the idea of buying on margin — it’s too easy to get into deep trouble if your purchase goes down instead of up, and the difference has to be made up out of savings.
