1 I admit up front I have never shoveled snow. But I have heard that guys who have heart attacks while shoveling tend to be alone out there. They lie in the snow for several minutes or maybe even hours before anyone misses them. Prompt treatment might have saved them but nobody is there to administer CPR or to call 911.
